We had the opportunity to meet with Aleesha from Backpack Bed for Homeless and see firsthand the Backpack Beds that every order helps fund, and let us say, it's not just a backpack. It's a bed. It's a lifeline.
Each Backpack Bed is purpose-designed to provide warmth, protection from the elements and dignity for individuals experiencing homelessness. They are lightweight, weatherproof and built to withstand the realities of sleeping rough - offering safety and shelter where there would otherwise be none.
Backpack Bed for Homeless operates without government funding, relying on community support and partnerships to continue their work. Their Backpack Beds support some of the most vulnerable members of our community, including veterans, individuals who have lost everything and the fastest growing cohort of homelessness in Australia - women over the age of 55.

Support looks different for everyone. For some, it's a conversation, for others, it's learning practical tools to manage when life feels overwhelming. Complete Health Geelong creates spaces where both can happen.
Through a range of community-based classes, programs and connection BBQs, they help bring individuals together in an environment free from ego and judgement, providing an opportunity to learn practical strategies to improve mental wellbeing, connect with others and be a part of a community that understands everyone faces challenges from time to time.
We're proud to support Complete Health Geelong by helping keep classes free, because support should never be out of reach.
Mental Health Militia
Building stronger community connections around mental health.
The Mental Health Militia Family Day brings the community, businesses, NFP and Social Enterprises together to connect, learn, support and encourage more open conversations around mental health.
